A summer time favorite, the Maine way to prepare this roll is to mix lobsters lightly with mayonnaise and served in the proper hot dog rolls, grilled. No celery, lettuce or fancy stuff.

2 cups cooked lobster meat
2 tbsp mayonnaise
4 hot dog rolls
Toss lobster meat lightly with mayonnaise. Butter and grill hot dog rolls in a frying pan on medium heat. Fill rolls with lobster mixture and serve.
