Serve this as an appetizer or entree. Either way it's delicious.
4 lbs mussels
4 clover garlic, finely chopped
3/4 cp fresh parsley, chopped
1 cp white wine
Rinse mussels in cold water, discard broken or open mussels. In large pot, add mussels, garlic, 1/2 of parsley and wine. Cook 5 minutes or until mussels open. Stir in remaining parsley. Spoon mussels and broth in wide bowls. Serve with crusty bread.
